Our Mission
LMS ACADEMY is a youth soccer organization offering professional training, team development, and community-based opportunities for players of all levels. Our academy programs are operated through LMS Academy LLC, and our scholarship and outreach initiatives are supported through our nonprofit community. Our mission is to provide top-tier soccer training that helps young athletes grow both as players and as individuals. With extensive experience in professional playing and coaching, we foster a supportive yet competitive environment where each participant can develop, gain confidence, and reach their full potential both on and off the field.
LM Soccer Academy LLC provides paid training programs, team development, private coaching, camps, and events.
Our nonprofit LMS Academy Foundation Inc.'s mission supports scholarships, community clinics, and access for players and families who need financial assistance.
Empowering the Next Generation of Young Girls
LMS ACADEMY is deeply committed to developing the next generation of young girls on and off the field. From their first touches on the ball at age 3 to competitive development through the teenage years, our program is designed to build confidence, leadership, discipline, and love for the game.
We provide a safe, supportive, and professional environment where girls are encouraged to grow at their own pace while being challenged to reach their full potential. Through structured training, positive coaching, and strong role models, we help young girls become not only better players, but stronger, more confident individuals.

Liad Mordechai's lifelong passion for soccer has driven him to excel at the highest levels of the sport. He developed his skills with some of the country’s most prestigious clubs, gaining invaluable experience and a deep understanding of the game. His career reflects unwavering dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.
